Tuna Ceviche
Time to bust out that tuna can you’ve been meaning to use — because I know we all have at least one. Am I right? I have a quick and delicious tuna ceviche recipe that can be made for under $7 and under 7 minutes! Ready?!
Ingredients:
4oz canned white tuna in water
1 tbsp tomato chopped
1 tbsp white onion chopped
1 tbsp cucumber chopped
1 tbsp cilantro chopped
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1/2 avocado
juice from 1/2 lime
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix! If you want to serve it in a fancy little mold then push tuna ceviche into a small bowl or small cup and put upside down on a plate!
Change your STATE…Plan your PLATE…LOVE your WEIGHT!
