Hot Spiced Fruit Bake
Healthy and gluten-free dessert dish that sometimes you just want for a breakfast treat when it’s cold outside! This hot spiced fruit bake will spice up your life
Ingredients:
2 apples
1 pear
1 cup pitted dark cherries
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
5 cinnamon sticks (optional)
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. In a glass baking dish add your sliced up fruit. Top with coconut oil, honey and spices. Bake for 30 mins. Top with walnuts, then put back in oven for another 15 mins.
