10 minute Postpartum Full Body Workout

I hesitated to share workouts during and after my first pregnancy because I didn’t know what I was doing with so much conflicting information out there. I needed to go through it from start to finish to feel confident in sharing my favorite routines. Here is a total body postpartum routine to use once you start working out again after giving birth. You can do this as well if you are beginner.
