No Bake Peppermint Brownie Recipe

Healthy NO BAKE peppermint brownie recipe with peppermint frosting. Um…YUM!

Brownie Ingredients:

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups dried pitted dates
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • pinch of salt. 

Frosting Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp grade B maple syrup
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

Directions:

  1. Soak dates and walnuts in water for an hour.
  2. Place dates, walnuts, cacao powder and salt in a food processor until dough.
  3. Press dough into a greased square glass dish.
  4. Cover & refrigerate.
  5. Blend frosting ingredients & pour over dough then refrigerate till hardened.
