No Bake Peppermint Brownie Recipe
Healthy NO BAKE peppermint brownie recipe with peppermint frosting. Um…YUM!
Brownie Ingredients:
- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 cups dried pitted dates
- 3 Tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of salt.
Frosting Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp grade B maple syrup
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
Directions:
- Soak dates and walnuts in water for an hour.
- Place dates, walnuts, cacao powder and salt in a food processor until dough.
- Press dough into a greased square glass dish.
- Cover & refrigerate.
- Blend frosting ingredients & pour over dough then refrigerate till hardened.
