Strawberry Salsa on White Fish Recipe
With warmer weather around the corner, it’s always nice to have an easy, fresh, tasty meal that can be enjoyed warm OR cold. I love this strawberry salsa white fish recipe because you can enjoy it warm or chilled. I also enjoy adding this as a topping to my salad.
Ingredients:
Salsa:
2 cups strawberries, diced
1 jalapeno, stem and seeds removed, l diced
half of a small red onion, peeled and diced
2/3 cup finely-chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
pinch of salt and black pepper

White Fish:
1 4oz white fish fillet of your choice
Cook with w 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Add all salsa ingredients to a bowl and toss. Preheat oven to 350, place fish in a glass baking dish. Top with coconut oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 15 mins. Enjoy warm or chilled.
