Carrot Fries Recipe
It’s time for a quick and healthy version of one of your favorite snacks or sides! Ready, set, CARROT FRIES! Yea, I said it
Serves 2
Ingredients:
5-6 large carrots cut
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1/8 cup grated fresh parmesan
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl mix oil and garlic salt and coat carrots
Roast at 375 for 45 mins, flip carrots at 20 minutes.
Take out and sprinkle parmesan on and let sit for 5 mins to let cheese melt a bit!
